Due to the nature of our products Ora Beautyy does not offer returns or refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons we advise you take your time to select the correct product and then purchase as due to hygiene reasons we can not accept any makeup return once it has left our warehouse, If a item is damaged or defected in any way please contact us and we will investigate this after inspecting the item we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund the refund will be issued in a credit note form for Ora Beautyy.
